He gained extensive and hands-on experience in leading and transforming businesses and companies in Asia (China, Malaysia), Europe (UK, France, Belgium, Germany) and North America (Canada, US). He has a wide-ranging experience in M&A deals and with joint ventures at board/chairman level. He has worked with stock listed company governance but also with family owned & controlled companies. He is a value-driven leader, who builds organisations while strongly focusing on result delivery.
