Joachim Fischer
Joachim Fischer is an experienced top-level coach who helps organisations and their leaders achieve leadership, employee engagement and business goals in transformation programmes.
As part of his more than 25 years of consulting experience, he has, among other things, successfully managed change projects, carried out management qualifications and, as a coach, accompanied numerous individuals to success. Before joining ELP Network, he ran his own consultancy specialising in HR issues.

Joachim lives in Germany, rides a mountain bike and goes hiking in nature. He is married and has three children.
