She has worked across India, Europe and the US in senior executive positions. Shalini is the Co-founder of Elektromobilitat - Charge Point Operator and she serves as an Independent Director & Advisor on a few boards, in Europe and Asia. She advises Corporates, Government missions and Not for profits on Culture, Leadership, CSR and on value creation through ‘realising the business value of your intangibles’. She is Senior Advisor at ELP Network.
