How is it that some companies drive external dynamics and flourish in the current volatility, and others fail to do so?
Does your organisation do and have what it takes to grow in today’s volatile world?
How do you shape the practices, that are key to be and remain meaningful in your market?
The Value Creation Initiative (VCI) brings together executives who realise that keeping their organisations relevant – for customers, investors, talent and society – requires new practices and capabilities, to create and to capture value.
The focus of the VCI-initiative is on the critical HOW-question: How to accelerate the internal dynamics, enabling your organisation to drive, rather than follow, the external dynamic in the market?
- How to give direction in this age of accelerations? How to keep growing the value you offer faster?
- How to ingrain ‘agility’ into the ‘hard side’ and the ‘soft side’ of your organisation, operating model and leadership?
- How to build a climate of performance and learning, to drive and deliver growth?
ELP Network developed the Value Creation Initiative in collaboration with Prof. Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School) and Prof. Paul Verdin (Solvay Brussels School and Berlin School of Creative Leadership). The mission is to connect insights and experiences from the participating leaders across industries and companies, with the research findings in business strategy and behavioural science. And translate these into new and next practices that shape growth. In an intimate setting, bound by Chatham House Rules, we engage in one-on-one dialogues, executive circles for CEOs, CHROs and CSOs, and in tailored company specific initiatives and circles. All aimed to stimulate companies to create, rather than react: same letters but different dynamic!
Where do you get inspired and challenged to accelerate your business to grow and your people to grow the business?
